- Rename the package, class, bibliography style, manual, and supporting
  filenames to use `philphys`; update all usage and installation instructions.
- Use LPPL 1.3c or later for the entire distributed package, including
  documentation and examples; retain inherited bibliography-style notices.
- Give the manual its own LPPL copyright notice while retaining the
  journal article licence notice in the class.
- Rebuild the documentation and template PDFs with the renamed class.
