Bibliography-style provenance
-----------------------------
philphys.bst is adapted from Glenn Paulley's chicago.bst version 4 (1992),
itself derived from earlier bibliography styles. The original attribution,
copyright, and copying notices remain in its header. The historical notice
permits modified copies under a name other than newapa.bst; this derivative
uses the distinct name philphys.bst. Those notices must be preserved in
redistributions. The journal adaptation is distributed as part of this
LPPL work; the original upstream files are not relicensed by this notice.

Scope
-----
This licence governs the distributed package and its documentation and
examples. It does not prescribe the licence of authors' original article
content. Names and logos remain subject to their respective owners'
trademark rights.
