Version 1.0, 2026/02/11 Copyright 2026-- by Marko Melander, Minttu Smith, and Toni Kiljunen, Department of Chemistry, University of Jyväskylä. License: lppl lppl1 lppl1.3 lppl1.3c This is a template for producing Bachelor and Master theses according to the guidelines by the Department of Chemistry, University of Jyväskylä. The formatting follows the guide "Tieteellisen opinnäytetyön kirjoitusohje" located at https://www.jyu.fi/fi/file/opinnaytteidenkirjoitusohje-kemia-2025pdf. The template has been tested on Overleaf using the pdfLaTeX compiler and the 2025 TeX Live version: the authors recommend using these settings. Usage: Recommended: Using Overleaf, create a new project and upload the zip file - everything should work without modifications (few irrelevant compilation errors are to be expected). Alternative: If you wish to use the template locally, you need a LaTeX editor and previewer. The template uses rather standard packages and works with a rather standard compiler, so local usage should be rather straight-forward. However, this is not tested and no support can be provided.
