mtp2otf v1.2
===========
Convert MathTime™ Professional 2 Type 1 fonts to OpenType MATH.
Use TTF in Word and OTF with LuaLaTeX.

Requirements
------------
POSIX shell, Python 3.10+ with fontTools, FontForge with Python 3.10+
support, and tftopl (TeX Live). Commands must be on PATH.

Inputs
------
Create mtpro2/ and donors/ beside build.sh and supply fonts separately.
mtpro2/: MTPro2 PFB/TFM files and mtpro2.sty. Full also needs
umt2ms.fd, umt2mf.fd, umt2bb.fd and umt2hrb.fd.
donors/: NimbusRoman-Regular.otf and NimbusRoman-Bold.otf from
Artifex urw-base35, or a compatible static Roman pair selected below.
The build lists missing files.

Build

Defaults: Full, minimal donor coverage. Output in out/:
  Full: MTPro2Math.otf, MTPro2Math.ttf
  Lite: MTPro2MathLite.otf, MTPro2MathLite.ttf

Diagnostics: stderr and build/<edition>/build.log. Check the exit status.
